  • Features of the machine tool performance and structure

    B2-K7007 CNC Abrasive Belt Polishing Machine is developed on basis of years of experience accumulated by the Company in design, manufacture and application of new technology. It features strong adaptability, high degree of automation, simple adjustment, convenient maintenance and high efficiency. It is suitable for cylindrical surface processing of rack shafts, footstep shafts, plain shaft components for automobile factories, compressor manufactures and repair plants. The machine offers simple operation, reliable performance and high precision of processing.

      • With the rational layout and integral protective cover, the machine tool is convenient for maintenance and in conformity with human engineering requirements.
      • Double working stations are adopted for rough and finishing polishing. Processing obviously improves workpiece surface physical properties, wipes out scratches in superficial layer and black rust at partial locations. As a result work piece surface roughness and service life is enhanced.
      • Polishing head worktable feeding (Z axis) adopts AC servomotor - ball screws drive modewith minimum setting unit of 0.1μm and maximum fast forward speed of 5m/min.
      • Cylinder control is adopted for extending and closing up movement of polishing arm, convenient for processing workpieces with different diameters.
      • The machine tool adopts an imported advanced CNC system and is provided with all-around controlling functions including grinding program changes, workpiece quality control, machine condition monitoring, fault self-diagnostics, abnormal alarm, and convenient menu type interface input.
