Features of the machine tool performance and structure
- This machine is used for grinding internal and external surface of cylinder and taper. It is suitable for processing of single and small batches of parts in machining work shop, tool work shops, tool shops and repairing shops.
- The wheel head spindle uses our own technology, with the characteristics of high rotary precision, good rigidity, and high grinding quality. Being made of materials of nitrogen treated 30CrMOALA, the spindle is of the hardness up to HV900 and good precision maintaining.
- The work head mainshaftinguses our own technology, with the characteristics of high precision, good rigidity. And grinded surface roundness of internal & external cylindrical parts fixed on the chuck is higher than the requirements in the national standards.
- The wheel head feeding guideway uses antifriction & plastic-filming guideway, thus promoting the smoothness and vibration resistance of low-speed operations.
- The hydraulic driving system uses screw pump which is of smooth running and low noise.
- The operation system is of integrated operation by a single handle of an operation box and the electric controlling buttons are centralized so that the operations are easy and reliable.
- The function of grinding with worktableshuttling(60 times/min) can be used to meet special order.
