Features of the machine tool performance and structure
- M1350/1363 type cylindrical grinding machines are suitable for grinding external cylindrical surfaces of rotary work-pieces of cylinder and taper.
- M1450/1463 type universal cylindrical grinding machines are suitable for grinding external or internal surfaces of rotary work-pieces of cylinder and taper.
- The longitudinal movement of the worktable is driven by hydraulic stepless variable speed transmission or hand-wheel transmission; the guideway is plastic-filming and features on pressed oil lubrication, absorbing vibration, anti-friction as well as smooth low-speed operations.
- For the wheel head, its fast forward/backward of infeed is driven by hydraulic system, while rough and refined feed is controlled hand-wheel transmission.
- The grinding wheel spindle is supported by high-rigidity sleeve type hydrostatic/hydrodynamic bearing, with the characteristics of high rotary precision and high rigidity.
- The work head adopts the way of double-speed motor plus three-gear transmissions, with the characteristics of high transmission precision, good rigidity and easy-to-operate. The work head spindle of universal type (Model 14) is of the structure of sliding bearing and the clearance of fore bearing is adjustable for adapting to meet the needs of installing center or chuck in grinding. The work head spindle of universal type (Model 14) can be adjustable in anti-clockwise direction for any angle within 90 degrees so as to facilitate the grinding of internal or external taper work-pieces with chuck.
- For the series of universal type (Model 14), they are equipped with the function of internal grinding; with the internal grinding spindle supported by rolling bearing, four rotary speeds can be achieved through replacing belt pulley in order to grind internal cylindrical work-pieces of various diameters.
- The wheel dressers are respectively installed on worktable and tailstock and provided with two kinds of dressing.
- With a rational integral layout, the operating handles of the machine tool are centralized arranged and visualization, thus to make the machine easy to control and safe to operate.
