    B2-1009 Special Cylindrical Grinding Machine is specialized for grinding disk type and fluted disc type parts.

      • The machine offers reliable precision. Work head is equipped with hydraulic clamping apparatus, which clamps a workpiece through the way of expanding tension with component inner bore positioning. It offers precise positioning, reliable processing precision and is suitable for grinding of disc type parts with certain external cone-shaped surface.
      • Equipped with sleeve type hydrostatic/hydrodynamic bearing mainshafting, the grinding wheel spindle ensures high rotation precision and good rigidity.
      • With plastic-filming guidewaybeing used, it ensures vibration absorbing and anti-friction as well as stability for low speed operation.
      • Overall arrangement is reasonable with attractive appearance, concentrated and image operation handle. It offers simple safe operation.
      • Screw pump is adopted for machine hydraulic driving which ensures smooth and steady operation with low noise.
